Ghost Furniture is based in the beautiful North Tyne Valley, Northumberland. Taking vintage finds and turning them into new and beautiful items with a touch of 21st century eco chic.

Di Overton and Harvey Roll moved to the country to create Ghost Furniture. After nearly 30 years in the advertising business and owning wheredidyoubuythat.com, a luxury lifestyle online shop, they decided to leave the city and start a new life and a new business doing what they do best – creating. All photography, styling and the website itself were done by Di Overton and Harvey Roll the owners of Ghost Furniture.

Di Overton has been writing Designers Block, an influential design blog, for over 2 years now and has a large worldwide readership. Featuring anything that relates to good design be it fashion, home pieces, art or just a beautiful view.

THEM

Using artisans to create specialist paint effects and a fine artist for the more detailed pieces these skills have been combined to create Ghost Furniture.

Each piece is unique, has its own history and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. By using traditional techniques and new eco-friendly materials wherever possible we have brought furniture back from the dead and made it into something hauntingly beautiful.

Pieces can be purchased from our collection or can be custom-made from your own vintage finds.

Entire rooms can be created by using Ghost Furniture’s interior design and decoration service.
