This beautiful vintage bedside cabinet was found in an antique shop in Northumberland. The drawer lining and inside cupboard have been finished in a bright fuschia metallic and a mix of black matt and eggshell paints was used for the exterior. It boasts a beautifully ornate handle.

An old embossed book has been painted in the same finish as the top of the cabinet and fixed to the surface.

Fixed to top of the book is a pair of French spectacles in their original case with the name of Lacroix in gold lettering. The spectacles were found at a Brocante just outside Paris.
