We found this console table with a lion's leg in a car boot fair in Penrith.

It was in a sad state and was given to a carpenter to give it some emergency treatment. Once it was back on its feet it was obvious that the lions leg should be just that. The finish is so realistic you have to touch it to realise it is only painted.

Painted in Farrow and Ball off-Black eggshell and treated with Ghost's special smooth wax finish this sad old lion became king of the jungle.
