Purchased as one of a set of four from eBay we decided to give the boudoir stools a human feel by dressing them in corsets. For this stool we have used a French girl's corset purchased from a vintage clothes shop in Normandy. Both the front and back of the corset have intricate detailing and it is in a beautiful pale pink cotton with bones to the front.

The seat is covered in a pale pink vintage satin taken from a 1940s pair of French Knickers. The lace from the legs of the knickers has been used to trim around the seat. The stool itself has been painted in Farrow and Ball Dimity Eggshell which gives the look of flesh.
