Take a sad unused vintage tray found in a flea market in Tuscany add a silver plated teapot that was a family heirloom, a crocheted placemat made by my mother some years ago stiffened to make it sculpturally rigid, a vintage spoon purchased in Les Puces de Saint-Ouen in Paris and a cup and saucer by Nick Munro.

Now paint the whole thing in Bubble Gum Pink, highlight the back of the tray and its handles in matt black and just for the hell of it paint the teapot with Designers Guild Moss. Glue everything to the tray and what do you get? Green Tea!

Display flat or hang it on the wall to confuse your guests.
