An old battered jug that has a lot of weight to it, found under a table at a brocante in Paris was a sad looking article when we picked it up but showed great potential. We have finished it in matte ash grey and blackened bronze paint, specially mixed for us in France.
The little 1/2 was created using a vintage brass stencil taken from a box we found in a country house clearance in Northumberland. Is your jug half full or half empty? You decide.
