Not just a beautiful frame but a very useful one too as it is a blackboard. This frame was found at a brocante in a prison car park just outside Paris, yes you read that right and it was one of the best brocantes we have ever visited.
Finished in a matte ash grey and Regency gold paint, specially mixed for us in France. A charming addition is two little cherries and leaves made from vintage sari silk made by a clever friend in Texas - Constance Muller.
Each of our Blackboards comes with a stick of Vintage French Dressmakers Chalk in a soft pastel colour.
